Besample, a growing startup at the intersection of academia and industry, is seeking a full-time Research Architect Intern to join our CS&Support team

You will assist researchers in obtaining high-quality data for their studies globally through our platform. Build relationships with researchers. Work closely with the product team and improve our platform.

Responsibilities

As a Research Architect, you will:

• Become a go-to person for researchers who have questions about our platform or need assistance collecting data
• Ensure every request or question from researchers gets a prompt and high-quality response
• Understand the researchers’ needs, collect insights into their challenges, expectations, and requirements, and pass them on to the product team
• Generate ideas for enhancing internal processes to improve the user experience
• Be proactive with requests, following internal processes to complete the service efficiently
• Analyze and predict data collection needs, taking proactive steps to ensure successful project completion
• Proactively follow up with researchers to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded

Qualifications

• M.S. degree / doctoral candidacy in psychology, economics, sociology, anthropology, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 publications in peer-reviewed scientific journals
• Experience with online surveys and experiment tools
• Proficiency in R and SQL.
• Some experience in Python is nice to have
• Understanding of research methodologies and statistical analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
